The colors in this image were originally bright, but I used hue/saturation to make the reds pop more, the blues come out more, and I also adjusted the yellows so my skin looked more tan and less reddish. I used curves to make the lights less blinding and boost the midtones to darker overall. In color balance, I added a little more green and yellow overall. I didn't really use levels that much. More of my color adjustments happened in curves and color balance.
